Qualified Restaurant Shift Manager

Shift managers must be able to ensure the team adheres to our standards and policies.. Shift managers must be the hospitality ambassadors, which sets the tone of the restaurant. Shift managers must have excellent communication skills. 

 

ABOUT US

We are the management company of a McDonald's resturaunts franchise. Our office is located in Murfreesboro, TN. We currently manage 18 stand-alone resturaunts and one in-store resturaunt all in the middle Tennessee area. Our company is owned and operated by Tony and Jonathon McGuire

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT SHIFT MANAGER

As a Shift Managers, you want to help team members succeed. You come to work with the goal to work hard, lead, teach, and contribute to a great work environment.

When you get up in the morning, you are excited to get to work, greet your team members, and you eagerly interact with team members and customers all throughout your shift. You are proud of the high-quality, fresh food that is delivered to our happy customers. You ensure that the restaurant, kitchen, bathrooms, and grounds are in top-notch shape as you come and go in between managing people and processes. You are hands-on, assisting with preparation and guiding team members along the way. 

You report to supervisors as needed, helping them understand your perspective and coordinating the continued improvement of our food and service. Your role as a leader is critical to our success, and your willingness to work right alongside your team helps create an excellent work environment. 

QUALIFICATION

  • 1-2 years fast-paced food service experience
  • Leadership experience
  • Willingness to learn
  • 18 years or older
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Goal-oriented, hard-working, and positive
